My name is Ion and I have graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Electrical Engineering Technology and a Master's degree in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University.

As an engineer, I am committed to quality and efficiency and you can expect these attributes to be reflected in any work that I do.

I started doing powertrain programming in 1999 on my own car and motivated by very good results, I have been programming cars ever since.

My main passion has been for a long time and remains with performance cars. I have performed nearly any modification or maintenance item possible myself in order to achieve a better understanding of the process, gain new experience and just have fun!

I have also gained considerable experience and knowledge of different modifications, their results, vendors and their products, etc. from my customers and their own experiences with them. I plan to start posting a series of technical articles and personal recommendations in the registered user section of this website, so make sure to register and check back often!

When I am not working, studying or programming, some of my hobbies are motorcycle riding around the country, when weather permits, and scale model building when it does not.
